Dr. Patel graduated from Baroda Medical College in India in 1985. He completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) - Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Patel provides charity medical care at community health fairs and actively participates in various other community health activities. He and his wife have two sons.
Dr. Ramanan retired in December 2022. He has now moved to India with his family. Our practice will continue to take care of Dr. Ramanan's patients.
Jasmin graduated Cum Laude with dual Bachelor's degree in science and physician assistant studies in 2007 from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Jasmin enjoys volunteering, biking and spending time with family and friends.
Aderonke Adeyemi, CRNP graduated from Walden University in 2019. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked at Prince Georges Hospital as a Critical Nurse for 7 years and Washington Adventist Hospital as Intermediate Care Unit nurse for 15 years. Her extensive experience as a nurse helps in providing Holistic care to her patients. . She believes in forming partnership with her patients and educating them to reach their health goals. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She is married with three children. She enjoys travelling and volunteering in church activities.
Dr. Jill A. Hudnell, DNP, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose focus is family practice. She graduated from Purdue University Global with her doctorate in the field of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. She also holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications with a concentration in Journalism-Television news, from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Dr. Hudnell, DNP was a news reporter for a local news station in Northern Alabama prior to obtaining her degree in the medical field. Her passion is healthcare though and she maintains a healthy curiosity for disease processes and disease management. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2012 and has worked in the hospital, long-term care and also hospice. She owned and operated her own business in Northern Alabama, offering telehealth services to patients along with home visits, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Today, her clinical focus is family and internal medicine and she specializes in the continuity of care for patients of all ages.
In her spare time, she sits on the Planning Commission for the Town of La Plata. When she is not at work or doing community services, she is in the recording studio, exploring historical locations/monuments and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two kids and two cats.
